"Lil' Rhody" is one of state's ever-endearing nicknames, paired with one of our states many nautical symbols, the anchor!  It matches the gold anchor on our state flag that represents hope and is a reference to the quote, "Hope we have as an anchor of the soul."

Locally designed and printed by the print studios at Rivezedge and based in Woonsocket.  Rivezedge is an innovative work-based program teaching art, design, and critical thinking to teens.
