Roger Williams, a Puritan minister exiled from the Massachusetts Bay colony for spreading "diverse, new, and dangerous" ideas, later went on to found the city of Providence in 1636. It remains a haven of wonderful weirdos, outcasts, and misfits to this very day. This design shows a tentacled monster assaulting the landmark Manchester Street Power Station, referencing monsters like Cthulu imagined by H.P. Lovecraft, whose literary legacy still haunts the streets of Providence.
